A-Spire Players' is a voluntary, non-profit association based in Gimli, Manitoba, which exists to:

a.  provide opportunities for the production and presentation of performing arts; and
b.  provide for the education of the audience and the membership in the performing arts

As an amateur organization, none of our members get paid for performing or participating.  Any money we make on our performances or hosting outside performers goes into our bank account for the common good of our members.

We’re not just theatre arts but all performing arts.  As much as we’re known for our Summer Theatre program and putting on some solid theatrical performances, in past we’ve hosted and our members have done poetry readings, improvisation comedy, dance recitals and musical performances including Celtic, Country, Choral, Fiddling and Rock.

Our Summer Performance Schedule
A-Spire Players' is known for it's annual series of performances on weekends throughout the summer, including local in-house productions and guest theatre groups from across Manitoba Performing Arts

Training & Seminars
Want to learn about what goes on behind the scenes? Or learn about how to put together a production? Or just want to brush up on your acting skills? Between September and May each year, we lay on a series of guest presenters and in-house courses and seminars on Theatre Arts for our members.

Promoting In-House Productions
We help our members develop their own productions, plays and presentations.

Activities For Our Members
Because "misery loves company" and "best source of information is your peers", we strive to bring our members together in fun and informative ways.
